Users who have paid for their VendorProof subscription with a credit card are able to manage their payment information through the VendorProof application.

Log in to www.vendorproof.com/vendor

Go to the “Profile” page by clicking on the profile link on the top menu

Scroll down and find the client for which you wish to update payment information

Click the “Manage Subscription” button
A dialog will open which allows you to see the last 4 digits of the card that was
previously used, as well as the renewal date. Additionally, it will show the following options:
- Cancel Subscription – this will stop future payments from being processed, and your subscription will end on the Expiration Date
- Update Payment Method – this will allow you to enter different credit card information for future subscription payments
- Download Payment Receipt – this will allow you to download a receipt for the most recent subscription
