There are two ways of submitting your W-9:
1. Signup Process
- There are five steps to the sign up process for vendors in the VendorProof system. The fifth and final step in the sign up process is where you can submit your W-9.
- There are two ways to submit your W-9 within the the sign up process:
1. You can "Upload W-9" and select "choose file." This will allow you to browse your files and select a pdf of your W-9
2. You can "Complete W-9 Online" by filling out your W-9 online with your "federal tax classification," date, and electronic signature all within the VendorProof application. Don't forget to check the box above the date and signature field "by checking this box, you agree to the contents of all information above and consent to the use of electronic signature."
